WLS 10.3.5 - Thread Pool has stuck threads in WLS OIM managed server

Oracle Solaris on SPARC (64-bit) 8
OIM 11.1.1.5.0
WLS 10.3.5

WLS admin console reports Threadpool on oim_server1 has stuck threads

On restart the system become faster in operation and run for few days/weeks without issue and suddently some time it reappears.


the oim_server1.log file is showing :
