   1) Goto Design Studio preferences, Select "optimized" under "order and service management  preferences". 
2) Turn off automatic build, clean projects, close projects, exit Studio/eclipse, start Studio, open projects, trigger build of projects, turn on automatic build. Also check cartridge target version, both server & SDK version used in the Design Studio should be same.
