Automatic Segment adviser results in a ORA-1652: unable to extend temp segment ... in tablespace TXX

Hello all

Running 11.2.0.2 on Winx64. I am getting the message below in the alert log at times consistent with runs of the automatic segment adviser. No user activity at the time.

I do not understand why the segment adviser wants to use space in a permanent tablespace, and I cann not really find any more specific explanation as to what goes wrong. Dba_scheduler_job_run_details records everything as SUCCEEDED.

Any ideas?
