Is there a Patch for Bug 9926929?

Greetings All;
We're running Oracle Database 11.2.0.1.0 on Linux Redhat 6 and have been bitten by "Bug 9926929 ORA-600 [kwqitFreeIndexBlocks:deq index info is 0] in QMN".

Just for clarification, is there an individual Patch available for this bug or is our only option to upgrade to 11.2.0.3?
