Issue with Charges - inv.org LOV after CS Patch for August

Hi guys,

We've implemented the August patch for CS (14277679) to fix some minor issues. When I read through the readme, I saw some references to the inv.org and sub.inv LOV's you can find on the Charges tab.

When I went to the Charges tab in my patched instance, the LOV's were empty (before the patch they were filled with all kinds of inv.org/subinvs combinations)

Is there additional setup required after applying that patch, or did the patch break something?
