Oracle online documentation - when does it get updated?

Hello,
I'm not sure this is the right place to ask, but do you know how often the official Oracle online documentation gets updated?
I'm asking because a couple of months ago I submitted a comment on a page from the PL/SQL Language Reference and so far nothing has changed on the very page.
There's a box at the bottom of the webpage where you can leave a suggestion/comment with you Oracle account email. I haven't received a reply either.
