Enable turkish Language : Can the process be splitted
HI,
Since our multilingual update is taking time over 12 hrs we have following questions for our instance patching to enable Turkish Language in Production instance.
Can we split downtime for Translation Synchronization Patch?
1st Week Down time will be for below activities.
1. Enable Turkish Language in OAM.
2. Update multilingual Tables, Adadmin.
3. Generate Manifest file and request translation sync patch, request Translation Synchronization Patch from https://updates.oracle.com/TransSync
2nd week down time will be for below activities.
1. Download and merge Translation Synchronization Patch.
2. Apply Translation Synchronization Patch db node, adpatch.
3. Apply Translation Synchronization Patch web node
We would like to know after requesting Translation Synchronization Patch can we release Instance to users and apply Translation Synchronization Patch following week end.
