adstrtal.sh have exiting status 3 when start applications

Hi All,

I have a problem. I see that adstrtal.sh have exiting status 3 and I see there are failed services (adoacorectl.sh, adformsctl.sh, adoafmctl.sh).
I think the problem is in running adoacorectl.sh, because it's showing ERROR :Timed Out (100000).

So, I try to delete "jms.state" and ".lock" file in $INST_TOP/ora/10.1.3/j2ee/oacore/persistence/oacore_default_group_1
similarly I delete ".lock" file n folder /form/ and /oafm/. But, it doesn't change anything. Then, I change start timeout in opmn.xml file from "600" to "1800". But, the problem still there.

Finally, I didn't have any idea for this problem. Can anyone help me???
