Is it possible to set precision in Inventive Compensation module different than other Oracle modules

Hello,

In the Oracle Incentive Compensation module we're in the process of assigning a Commission Rate to one of our Rate tables. Currently, we can only set rates down to ".001". We want to be able to enter rates as low as ".0000001".

I'm guessing the current precision limit is because of how we setup precision in another Oracle module. If true, is it possible to setup precision specifically for the Oracle Incentive Compensation module?
