AR Revenue being transpose overiding Revenue Rule

Would anyone know why Revenue is being transposed and charge to the wrong Dept. The Intercompany Invoice and Trade Revenue are fine, however the AP invoice is being charged to a different Dept # and the Trade Revenue credited the correct account. It also seems to be happening to a particular Charge account.
