Invoice Workbench error: Item lines related to this charge do not have any distributions generated.

Hello

Over the weekend we applied the RPC patches as was recommened by Oracle to resolve one of our SRs.  It resolved the issue, but now we are receiving a new error on the invoice workbench. 

The error we are receiving occurs after the user adds a line item with Type - Tax and inputs Tax Classification Code.

"Item lines related to this charge do not have any distributions generated.  Generate the related distributions first and then open the distributions window."
