Web service failed with error

With ASAP7.0.2, we got the following error
"java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com.sun.xml.ws.spi.ProviderImpl" when running we web service client in ASAP environment. This particular exception will not occur if weblogic.jar file of WLS Server is referred in CLASSPATH.
