Hi Scott,Welcome to the new EBS Patching community. This thread will address your following question -

The patches 11793045 and 11681251 are behaving strange.  After applying 11681251 and trying to apply 11793045 it says that the patch 11793045 has already been applied.  When using OAM to research this and entering 11793045 patch 11681251 comes up as the one applied.

Strange???
