long running issue for Rebuild index and gather stats activity

Hi All,

We had long running issue for the rebuild index and gather stats in 10g database. It runs 2:30 hrs normally whereas ran more than 7 Hrs yesterday. I have attached AWR /ADDM report.Please analyze and let me know your findings and suggestions.

Can you check whether the SGA increasing help for the issue and howmuch have to increase for this database.

Database Size:    2,978.3 GB

Table Name and Size:  S_INVENTORIES_SCATLOCDY and 57 GB
