Employee Rostering in Oracle R12

in Human Capital Management - EBS (MOSC) Question
Hi,

Wanted to know how can Employee Rostering feature can be implement in Oracle R12.

I tried to explore Work Schedule Feature of Oracle. But there are some issues/bugs example Employee schedule shows only 5 days(Mon - Fri) Sat and sunday not showing,

Manager if wrongly attach a schedule to employee it cannot be deleted.

Please suggest How can we define a Roster System in ORacle.
