Wrong leaving reason with reporting tool

Hi All,

My colleague mistakenly has been terminated the employee with “Death” leaving reason.

After to reverse the termination with “Death” leaving reason she has terminated again with “Other Termination” reason.

The application can shows the “Other Termination” as the current leaving reason but the Discoverer report show as the “Death” as the leaving reason. In the other cases the Discoverer can show the right leaving reason so the script of it seems to be right. So only the “Death” as the leaving reason can remain on the report after to changes that on the application. How can I check that what is the valid leaving reason of this ex-employee?
