Error on value set

Hi,

I have created the the prgram defination with 3 parameters.

1)Operating Unit

2)Rerun Mode - Yes/No

3)Request ID

If the parameter 2 is seleted as Yes the 3rd parameter should list all the request ID for the program run till date. While selecting the 2nd parater as Yes, when I click on the 3rd parameter it gives the below error.

APP-FND-01564: Oracle error 24345 in fdlget

Cause : fdlget failed due to ORA-24345:Truncation or null fetch error occurred.
