End dating Account Value in Account Value Set

Hi,

Can anyone let me know below,

we have Account Value set in which we have defined different account values in that we have 14301 account (Migration Control Bank Account) we are looking to end date this account code but its been observed that there is some amount (0.01rs) exists in this account,

please let me know if end date this value what will be the complication.
