Updating a Previously Rejected Purchase Order - JDE 9.10

Hi

I hope someone can assist me.  I cannot seem to update a purchase order that was previously Rejected and then updated. 

Steps to recreate

1. Enter a PO with a quantity of 1 (220 - 230)

2. Reject PO at approval (230 - 225)

3. Update Qty to 2 (225 - 230)

4. Try to change the Qty to 3 before order is Apprvoved / Rejected again.

I get  Status Invalid for this Order Type error message.

I have set Procession option for P4310  on Approvals (Re-Approve Changed lines ) to '2' (Reapprove on change to user-activated critical fields only). On F43080, I have pre-selected fields.

My order activity rules include the Rejected status (225) and (230) for the Order activity rules up to where we allow changes on the Purchase order.
