Hi,

Shipping Execution: Version : 12.0.0  << R12.1.3 <<

A Sale's Order 'Awaiting Shipping'  not released. It is in 'Backordered' State.

1)Accouting Period is Opened

2)No Credit Check Applied.

3)Sufficient Stock is Available.

4) Same Item is Sold to the Same Customer (under different PO, from customer) on 24th September, 2012. There is no change in setup or otherwise in the system. There are no limitations / restrictions on sales or orders for the customer.

What can be reasons behind the issue??

Logfile of 'Pick Release' is uploaded for review and advice.
