Supplier Contracts - manual Signatures for Executed Contracts

Any suggestions on best practice to store manual Signatures for Executed Contracts - without saving each Contract as a pdf? Executed Contracts will not have Electronic Signatures. The Contracts may have Electronic Signatures from Internal approvers - but the External Suppliers will be manual signatures.
