Tax description change doesn't flow to ZX_WEB_EXP_TAX_CLASSIFICATIONS look up

We have one tax rate code 'COR_0' both enabled in ZX_WEB_EXP_TAX_CLASSIFICATIONS and ZX_INPUT_CLASSIFICATIONS. I have changed the description of the tax rate name and description.It has flown to ZX_INPUT_CLASSIFICATIONS but ZX_WEB_EXP_TAX_CLASSIFICATIONS is holding the previous name and description.For this reason, In invoice line, tax classification code LOV is showing two different tax codes, one for ZX_INPUT_CLASSIFICATIONS  and another for ZX_WEB_EXP_TAX_CLASSIFICATIONS. previously, it was showing the tax rate for ZX_INPUT_CLASSIFICATIONS.

Is this expected functionality? Do we need to change the meaning and description for  ZX_WEB_EXP_TAX_CLASSIFICATIONS also manually?
