Currencies in Compensation Workbench

 Hi,

I'm working at a client on R12.1.3 Compensation Workbench, who has 6 business groups with different currencies. Manager in one business group have employees reporting in different business groups. When the manager is in Allocate compensation worksheet in CWB, what is the recommendation that managers use as the preferred currency ? 

Let's say a manager in US has 3 employees reporting with one in Canada, another in India and the other in Australia. In this case, if the currency switch LOV has "EMployees Local Currency", worsheet allocations table will show amounts in the reportees local currencies, but the Summary section will be USD (as manager is from US). Can someone share their experiences from their implementations and what worked the best for the clients. It is definitely a training item, but I'm looking for a recommendation that worked best for other global clients.
