Way to have multiple Requestors on a Contract Deliverable?

Oracle doesn't support viewing of Deliverables (Internal/External) unless it is the Buyer or Requestor (or External Contact for type of Contractual). Anyone know of a way to have more than one requestor on the Deliverable so the updates (under Manage Deliverables) can be viewed by all within the Purchasing (as other Buyers) roles? Surely we aren't the only user out there that needs this functionality. There is a reference to ER 9340481 to request the view deliverables for management level in iSupplier but, I can't find any activity on this. So, I thought perhaps there was a way to reference more than one
