Pass CustomObjectX.ROW_ID to Report?

If I want to call up a report from within the app and I want the report to only show the current record only, and I'm in the Opportunity object, I would do this:

...&Action=Navigate&P0=1&P1=eq&P2=Opportunity."Opportunity ID"&P3=%%%Id%%%

Can someone tell me the syntax for using this in a Custom Object?
