Moving db to another server

We're planning to install 11.2.0.3.0 on a new 64-bit Win Server 2008 R2.  Our current 11g Release 11.1.0.6.0 runs on a 32-bit Win Server 2003 Standard box.  I am the only dba/developer here so only one schema; we're a small office with about 25 users.  Any idea for a smooth move of the db from the old to new server?  The last time I moved it (from a Novell Netware 5.1 to the current 32-bit Win Server 2003 box), I used Export and Import and it was a nightmare with lots of loose ends (file access rights, db rights,
