Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How do I update the FSA Health Care Spending Limit in OAB?

We have to change the FSA Health Care Spending Limit from 5000 to 2500 in OAB. I cannot find where to do this anywhere.
