need help with epm backup and restore

Hello everyone,

We installed EPM 11.1.2.1 a few months ago on IBM AIX server. All services are installed on one server.

We use $EPM_ORACLE_INSTANCE/bin/start.sh to start all services and use $EPM_ORACLE_INSTANCE/bin/stop.sh to stop all services.

The problem is that the process - olapisvr ( which is related to Essbase Integration Service) is still hang on after running the stop.sh script. Other processes all gone. We have to use kill -9 command to kill this process.

Now, we are trying to put some backup and restore plan in place. One of that is to do a weekly full file system backup which include the installed softwares, all  Essbase applications and database.
