VPC Team member opened this thread for the customer.

When trying to apply hrglobal part of RTI patch 14313532 teh hrglobal fails with the following error.

Uploading from staging tables
 Error loading seed data for DEFINED_BALANCES:  LEGISLATION_CODE = GB, BALANCE_NAME = Total Direct Payments, BALANCE_DIMENSION = _ASG_RUN,  ORA-20001: The name 'TOTAL_DIRECT_PAYMENTS_ASG_RUN' is already used by a User Entity

Cause:        There is already a User Entity called by the name that you have chosen.

Action:        Please choose another name.
