Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Receivables - EBS (MOSC)

This record in table HZ_PARTIES cannot be locked as it has been updated by another user

Trying to update organization name is giving error "Tax registration number is already in use: party Name X" error.

So to eliminate the duplicate (which got loaded during conversion in the past), wipe out the default reporting registration number for party X.

Getting error: This record in table HZ_PARTIES cannot be locked as it has been updated by another user

There is no user trying to update the same party. Above message is not correct and true.

Has anyone encountered and how to get around to fix the tax registration numbers?
