This thread will address your following issue

We're in the process of migrating oracle apps from Solaris (Sparc) to Linux_x86 64 -bit, following MOSDOC ID 438086.1. I'm in the process of installing manisfest AD patch 14652347 and am getting the following error. I noticed that lib32 directory does not exist at all.

cat: /usr/oracle/d696/product/apps/tech_st/10.1.2/lib32/ldflags: No such file or directory
cat: /usr/oracle/d696/product/apps/tech_st/10.1.2/lib32/ldflags: No such file or directory
