How active ASR 3.9 on ST6180

Hi All,
  I have a ST 6180 and CAM 6.9. On CAM, I registered ASR and your status display is REGISTERED, but on MOS the asset don't request permission to approve.

 I would like know how active asset (ST 6180) on ASR manager ?
