Clearing Out Returned Requisitions in AutoCreate Folder

Hello,

We have a situation where a part of requisition has been returned to the requester and the other part of the requisition was created into a PO. However, it is still stuck in the autocreate folder of one of the buyers and the option of returning it to the requester is grayed out. How do we delete this requisition?
