PeopleSoft Putaway process performance with large volume of data

Hello,

We are running the Load Staged Items process (Auto Putaway job) with a large amount of data (150,000 transactions) that will putaway to around 50 different locations. The process is still in INPSSTGE after 6.5 hours. Is there something we can do to speed this process up?  We are running it in a test environment with no other job contention on the UNIX server.  CPU is at 7% and Memory is 40%.  I ran the test earlier with about 3300 transactions and it took about 6.5 minutes.
