Siebel 8.1.x and Exchange 2010

We have succesfully upgraded our 7.8 environment, using SSSE/Exchange 2003, to Siebel 8.1.1.7. We are also upgrading SSSE to Exchange 2010. We noticed that Exchange appointments sync to Siebel with the UTC timestamp. Although we are not using UTC, the corresponding system prefernce is set to TRUE. Unfortunately we have configured the fields 'Planned' and 'Planned Completion' to DTYPE_DATETIME, instead of DTYPE_UTCDATETIME. This is the behaviour we now observe:

1. Create an appointment in Exchange at 10:00;

2. Run a PIM cycle;

3. The appointment is stored (TODO_PLAN_START_DT) and displyed at 08:00

4. Immediately the same appointment is also modifief in Exchange, and displayed at 08:00.
