deliveries should close when the ultimate drop off date is reached

   deliveries should close when the ultimate drop off date is reached, but its not closing.Delivery status shows Confirmed, Line status shows Staged/Pick Confirmed and next step shows Ship Confirm/Close Trip Stop. 
As per user, once ultimate ship to date is reached, del# should closed automatically.
