After unzip p14276344_74_Linux-x86-64.zip, the following files are missing from the p14276344_74_Linux-x86-64.zp: 7.4PS15_14276344_Portal_Base_linux_32_opt.bin*
7.4PS15_14276344_Portal_SDK_linux_32_opt.bin*
7.4PS15_14276344_Pipeline_linux_64_opt.bin*
7.4PS15_14276344_Pipeline_PDK_linux_64_opt.bin*



There was a packaging issue and the same has been solved now .

Please re-download the file from http://support.oracle.com if you have downloaded the files before Sep. 25, 2012.
