Hi,

 FAILED: file jaffload.ldt on worker  1.
   FAILED: file jeffload.ldt on worker  2.
   FAILED: file jlffload.ldt on worker  3.

Log file are showing :

Uploading from the data file /u01/app/prodappl/ja/11.5.0/patch/115/import/US/jaffload.ldt
Altering database NLS_LANGUAGE environment to AMERICAN
