Request for Quote (R43530) quantity with no decimal point on the PDF

Hi

Please may someone assist.  I am printing a Request for Quote(RFQ) in JDE 9.10, however the PDF does not have the decimal point on the Order Quantity.

For example i have an order quantity (UORGE1) of 210.000 on the transaction, when I print the Request for Quote it prints as 210000.

I have checked the data dictionary for the field and its setup correctly with 3 decimal places as required.  I have not been able to find any known issue on this.

Your assistance will be very much appreciated.
