Unable to reserve PR

Hi,

 Unable to reserve Purchase Requisition notification, When final approval approved the PR.

We are using Advisory Encumbrance.

We have recently make changes in AME rules, Every thing is going fine but for some PR's the above notification is displaying.

While clicking on Try over ride again the Pr's are getting approved successfully.

We are using 12.0.4 Application version.

Kindly offer the solution to come over this challenge.
