GDF patch 10136425 output file is indicating that we need to run 'SLA Hot Patch'

GDF patch 10136425 output file is indicating that we need to run 'SLA Hot Patch'.  It does not give any further information on this patch, or where to find it.  Does anyone have insight in to this?  Directions in the GDF output file are as follows:

Start of ap_missing_xdl

Dropping driver table - AP_DRIVER_XDL_9127622 if it already exists

Creating driver table - AP_DRIVER_XDL_9127622

Driver table - AP_DRIVER_XDL_9127622 created successfully

Following are the events which have missing xdl and for which SLA Hot Patch is not run .Please run SLA Hot Patch to resolve the issue.
