Failed - Error evaluating expression ${target.dbListeners} for parameter Directive.NAME_CmdLineVars.

Hello again!
I am trying to apply patch using enterprise manager grid control 11g (RHEL 5 64-Bit), I created custom procedure by selecting "Patch Oracle Database" and "Create Like" from deployment procedure manager page. I am trying to apply patch 10018789 but the job is failed. While checking details on status page, these are the findings!

Procedure Name:                                     Status

My Custom Procedure Name                    Failed

Check for supported configurations        Succeeded

Check for Target Properties                     Succeeded

For All Hosts                                             Failed

For All Homes                                            Failed

Check for Target Status                            Failed

When click on Check for Target Status, it says: Failed - Error evaluating expression ${target.dbListeners} for parameter Directive.NAME_CmdLineVars.listener_list.
