R12.1.3 I-Proc - How to restrict the receipt for users based on Organization?

We have two types of users in Logistics department and both have two different I-Proc responsibilities. One users should access one of the organisation and they should do the receipts for that. The other should not get the access to those organization PO receipts.

How this is possible to achieve in R12.1.3 I-Proc? Pls advise.
