Unable to Install BI Publisher Desktop & BI Publisher Standalone Server 10.1.3.4.2

HI 
There are totally 2 issues which I am facing currently in BI Publisher area 

1) I am trying to install 10.1.3.4.2 BI Publisher Desktop. It goes OK almost to the end, then the error pops up:

Template Builder Installer Failed: Cannot run installer when Microsoft Word is running.
But nothing is running! No Word, no Outlook, no IE - nothing, just the installer. 
My desktop is Windows 7 64 bit.

I have also made sure by checking Task Manager > Processes, look under Image Name and see if WINWORD.EXE is present. And  killed it and tried again but no luck.

Based on some forum blogs, it has been mentioned to uninstall MS Office Live Add-in 3.1 but there is no such name exist in my control panel to uninstall
