IEX: Purge Score History Table program is pending with inactive nomanager

Hi All,

I am facing the issue in newly cloned instance,  All concurrent managers ( standard as well as custom concurrent managers are running fine. Also active users, print request, gather stats concurrent program request completed successfuly, but any request with collection like "IEX: Purge Score History Table"  is pending with inactive nomanager, with CRM.  not able to find out why it's pending with CRM when no other  Job is there with CRM.

any help is appreciated
