Oracle Inventory Accounting
Hi,
Client is in Car Rental/Lease business which are the Line of Business. The fleet locations are used for operating Lease and rental car procurement. All the accounting should be specific to Line of business and location (which are segements in Chart of accounts) . Ex : if a vehicle is procured for Rental at Location A , The LOB segment in the charge account must be Rental and if vehicle is procured for lease for same location A, the LOB segment in the charge account must be Lease.Also, we have 15 locations for fleet operations.
How can we create Inventory organizations for each location and which line of business must be specified in all the accounts in Inventory organization setup and have accounting seperated by line of business ? as this location / Inventory is used by both rental and lease Line of Business
