How to view Exchange Rate details in a PPR - Before Completion

 I am using User Exchange Rate and doing manual processing of PPP completion. There is a requirement that the User needs to check the Exchange rate before completing the PPR, in Payments Manager .
Please advice where to view the exchange rate in the PPR with status Formatted in Payments Manager.
