You are not allowed to update customer PO

 Hi Guys,
When i am trying to update customer PO Number on the sales order it is giving me NOTE "You are not allowed to update customer PO" 

The order header is in Booked status and the lines are in awaiting shipping status, i don't think this note is from Processing constraints because the processing constraints are only for the line which are "Pick Released", "Inventory Interfaced" & "Ship Confirmed"

Any idea from where i am getting this message "You are not allowed to update customer PO"
