BI Publisher Desktop - Word 2010 - The macro cannot be found or has been disabled

When I'm using BI Publisher Desktop and I go to the "Add-Ins" menu and click on any of the BI Publisher options, I get a Word Macro Error saying "The macro cannot be found or has been disabled because of your Macro Security Settings."

I'm using windows 7 with Office 2010. I have BI Publisher Desktop vs. 10.1.3.4.2

I have been using this combination for several months and then yesterday the macro error started popping up.

I can't figure out what changed to make it not work now.

The things I have done to fix the problem are ....

1) make sure my macro security is set to run all macros
