How to Move and Config BI Publisher Tables to Exclude from Database Refresh

Hello Everyone,
Following Embedded BI Publisher tables are residing in a database where our business data exists. When we refresh the entire database, BIP tables are also being refreshed with Production data thru which we loosing development objects. We can exclude these tables from the refresh but there is additional work involved each time. We want to move these tables to different database and make OCM mappings. Can someone provide me the details steps and suggestions please?
